Titan Holdings, Inc. (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates Titanite Utilities, including the Discord bot and the website at titanite.family. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.

2.1 Information You Provide

• Discord Account: When you sign in with Discord, we receive your Discord user ID, username, and discriminator (if applicable). We do not access your messages, servers, or friends list.
• Roblox Account: When you verify with Roblox, we receive your Roblox user ID, username, and display name through OAuth 2.0. We request only the “openid” and “profile” scopes.

2.2 Information We Collect Automatically

• Public Roblox Data: We access publicly available Roblox information including group memberships, friend lists, profile descriptions, badges, created games, inventory items, avatar data, and promotion channels.
• Intelligence Data: We cross-reference public Roblox data against known blocked groups, flagged users, and safety databases (including Rotector) to generate risk assessments.
• Usage Data: We log actions taken through the Service (commands used, punishments issued, applications submitted) for audit and accountability purposes.

2.3 Information We Do Not Collect

• Private messages on Discord or Roblox
• Email addresses (unless voluntarily provided)
• IP addresses or precise location data
• Payment or financial information
• Private Roblox inventory or trade data

We use collected information to:

• Link your Discord and Roblox identities under a Titanite ID
• Assign appropriate roles and nicknames in Discord servers
• Perform intelligence scans and risk assessments for community safety
• Track rank progression, points, and group memberships
• Maintain punishment records and enforcement across groups
• Process applications and manage events
• Generate audit logs for accountability
• Improve and maintain the Service

We share your information only in the following circumstances:

• Group Administrators: Authorized administrators within Titanite-affiliated groups can view your profile, intel data, punishment history, and membership information.
• Public Profiles: Your Titanite profile (Titanite ID, linked accounts, group memberships, and punishment history) is visible to other verified users.
• Safety Partners: We may share or receive flagging data with trusted safety services (such as Rotector) to protect our community.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share your data with advertisers or marketing companies.

Your data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on secure infrastructure. We implement reasonable security measures including encrypted connections, secure authentication tokens, and access controls.

OAuth tokens from Discord and Roblox are used only during the authentication flow and are not stored long-term. Session data is encrypted using iron-session.

Your Titanite ID and linked account data are retained for as long as your account exists. Punishment records are retained permanently as part of the community safety system. Audit logs are retained for accountability purposes.

If you wish to have your data removed, contact a Titanite administrator. Note that certain records (punishments, global bans) may be retained even after account deletion for safety reasons.

You have the right to:

• Access: View your profile and all data associated with your Titanite ID through the website or bot commands.
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate intelligence flags or profile data by contacting an administrator.
• Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated data, subject to the retention exceptions noted above.
• Appeal: Appeal punishments or intelligence flags through appropriate administrative channels.

The Service is not intended for children under 13 years of age, consistent with Discord's and Roblox's minimum age requirements. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

The Service integrates with Discord, Roblox, and Rotector. These services have their own privacy policies:

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third-party services.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
