Terms of Service

By accessing or using Titanite Utilities (“the Service”), operated by Titan Holdings, Inc. (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

The Service includes the Titanite Utilities Discord bot, the website at titanite.family, and all related tools and features.

Titanite Utilities is a platform that provides identity verification, intelligence scanning, rank management, punishment tracking, event coordination, and administrative tools for Roblox groups affiliated with Titanite. The Service integrates with Discord and Roblox via their respective APIs.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Service, consistent with Discord's and Roblox's minimum age requirements. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

To use the Service, you may be required to link your Discord and Roblox accounts through OAuth 2.0 authentication. By doing so, you authorize us to access basic profile information (user ID, username, display name) from these platforms.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your linked accounts. You agree not to use the Service with accounts that you do not own or have authorization to use.

Upon verification, you will be assigned a Titanite ID that serves as your unique identifier across all Titanite services. This ID is permanent and linked to your accounts.

The Service performs automated scans of publicly available Roblox data including group memberships, friend lists, profile bios, badges, games, and other public information. This scanning is conducted for community safety purposes to identify potential risks.

Intelligence data is used to generate risk assessments and may be shared with authorized group administrators. If you believe your data has been flagged incorrectly, you may contact an administrator to request a review.

Group administrators may issue punishments through the Service including warnings, kicks, temporary bans, permanent bans, combat exclusions, demotions, and global bans. All punishments are logged and visible on your Titanite profile.

Global bans apply across all Titanite-affiliated groups and servers. Punishments are at the discretion of authorized group administrators and may be appealed through appropriate channels.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to bypass verification or punishment systems
• Impersonate another user or provide false information
• Exploit bugs, vulnerabilities, or abuse API rate limits
• Use automated tools to interact with the Service without authorization
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users through the Service

Intelligence scans and risk scores are generated using automated systems and publicly available data. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all data is complete, current, or error-free. Risk scores should be used as one factor in decision-making, not as the sole basis for action.

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Discord, Roblox, and Rotector. Your use of these platforms is governed by their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services.

All content, code, design, and branding associated with Titanite Utilities is the property of Titan Holdings, Inc. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to use the Service (if any).

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these terms. Upon termination, your Titanite ID and associated data may be retained for record-keeping and safety purposes.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be announced through the Service or affiliated Discord servers.
